My Approach

In therapy, I combine emotional depth with practical tools that support clarity, steadiness, and sustainable change.
My approach brings together presence and structure. Rather than focusing only on interpretation or insight, we stay with what is happening in the moment — emotions, bodily responses, relational patterns, while also drawing on psychoeducation and structured techniques when helpful.
Working with trauma, attachment wounds, or long-standing instability requires both openness and containment.
At times, this means slowing down and staying with what is emerging. At other times, it involves structure, psychoeducation, or practical tools that support regulation and clarity. The pacing is collaborative and responsive.
My practice is supported by regular supervision and continued training. I remain committed to ethical reflection and ongoing professional growth.

Counseling

Common themes people bring

People often come to therapy navigating periods of emotional complexity or transition — when something no longer feels aligned or sustainable. This may include heightened sensitivity, confusion, disconnection, or deeper questioning.
Themes that often appear in therapy include:

    Difficulty naming what feels wrong

    Trauma-related symptoms and body-held stress

Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or exhaustion

Repeating relational patterns and attachment struggles

Questions of identity, sexuality, and boundaries

A longing to feel seen, heard, and grounded

     Grief, loss, and existential transitions

    Shame, guilt, or persistent self-doubt

Integration of psychedelic experiences and meaning-making

Support for LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities

It is not necessary to have a clear story or goal in order to begin.

Therapy Shaped by Migration, Identity, and Cultural Transition

Living through migration and collective rupture has shaped my understanding of displacement, navigating identity shifts, and rebuilding a sense of continuity. These experiences inform how I sit with themes of belonging, cultural transition, and inherited history.
I offer LGBTQIA+-affirming psychotherapy for individuals and communities. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and an awareness of how identity, safety, and relational dynamics intersect with mental health.

Psychedelic Integration

Alongside individual psychotherapy, I offer preparation and integration sessions for people engaging in psychedelic experiences. This work focuses on psychological grounding, meaning-making, and integrating insights into everyday life by translating the altered-state experience into embodied, lived change. I do not provide or administer substances.
