What I Offer

Working together can take different forms depending on your needs and pace. Some people seek ongoing psychotherapy, while others come with a more focused intention. Below are the main ways I offer support.

Individual Sessions

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults in an online format. My work is integrative and trauma-informed, with attention to emotional processes, relational patterns, and bodily experience as they emerge in the present moment.

Sessions provide a structured and supportive space to explore psychological difficulties, life transitions, identity questions, and patterns that feel repetitive or limiting. Therapy can be open-ended or time-limited, depending on your needs and circumstances.

How therapy usually unfolds

Sometimes people come to therapy with a clear question, sometimes with a sense of confusion or uncertainty. All of these starting points are welcome.

It is not necessary to know where to begin. Some people arrive with a clear focus; others discover their questions gradually through the process. Many people begin therapy without knowing exactly what they want to work on. Confusion, ambivalence, or uncertainty are not obstacles to the process — they are often part of it.
Therapy can offer a space where “I don’t know” is allowed, held, and gradually explored, at a pace that feels manageable. It allows for both clarity and uncertainty to coexist.

  • Therapy often starts with getting oriented — understanding what brings you here, clarifying expectations, and establishing a pace that feels workable. This period allows space to see whether working together feels appropriate.

  • As therapy continues, attention may move between emotional experience, bodily processes, relational patterns, and meaning-making. The work is shaped collaboratively and adapts over time rather than following a fixed plan.

  • Therapy may include periods of consolidation, pauses, or endings — whether after a shorter focus or longer-term work. These moments are approached thoughtfully, with attention to integration and transition.

Body-Oriented Therapy

Body-oriented psychotherapy works explicitly with bodily sensations, impulses, and movement as they arise in session. It can take place online or in person and may include experiential exercises and regulated relational contact alongside dialogue.

Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic integration sessions support preparation for and integration of psychedelic experiences through grounded psychological work. The focus is on meaning-making, emotional regulation, and integrating insights into everyday life; no substances are provided or facilitated.

Initial Consultation

An initial consultation offers a brief, focused space to meet and see whether working together feels appropriate. It is an opportunity to speak about what brings you to therapy, ask practical questions, and get a sense of how I work.

This meeting is not a therapy session or a diagnostic assessment and does not create any obligation to continue. We may decide together whether further work would be helpful, and in what form. Some people choose to begin directly with a full session instead — feel free to choose up to your preference.
